This prototype is designed based on a small CNC milling machine and machining center, and embodies the concept of precision manufacturing. It is equipped with an original three-axis ball screw and an oil circuit pump system to ensure accurate transmission and efficient lubrication; the thickened columns, base and workbench create a small, exquisite but rigid structure to provide stable support for high-intensity processing. ​

At present, it has demonstrated excellent performance as a manual machine tool. What is more worth mentioning is that the upgrade potential is huge - the machine is pre-set with a three-axis motor mount, and there is no need to change the mechanical structure. Only by adding a three-axis motor and a CNC system, it can easily transform from a manual mode to a CNC drilling and milling machine, meeting diverse processing needs and providing a convenient option for your production upgrade.
